Yes, I agree with @cheri needs to maximize on all square footage and real estate something needs to be done with the rooftop, I say another bedroom, hot tub pool combo small of course maybe an endless pool, and a party space area divided into three spaces. Grassy and spacious to throw ball or play catch or dare I say tennis or volleyball a mini quart might not be big enough for all of that IDK maybe miniature ⛳ that would be by day and by night somehow transforming into a club like space. Again might not be enough space for all of that I'm just saying. And that loungy area outside of the bedroom I love that that can definitely be utilized with a Murphy bed or some space saving bed or the futon to be another sleeping area and then put up some type of screen divider for some type of privacy of sorts
Very pretty design in general. Great idea! But it has a some design inconveniences for me. An exterior stair not only is inconvenient in the middle of the night or on a rainy day, in my country means higher taxes. And the ornamental blocks used for the balcony are not secure, they could fall down if anybody leans on it.
My husband and I are planning to buy a lot and build a resort. It will be our source of income when he retires. Can you make a plan for a 242sq.m lot with four bedrooms an activity area, an adult and kiddie pool with a fountain or spout and rooftop for entertaining. Thank you so much.

they always show these tiny houses on massive blocks of land which makes it look appealing but in actual fact they would be all packed together like caravans in a park surrounded by drunks and drug addicts in 50 years.

Why do you need a washing machine? There's no closets for clothes or room for a wardrobe or dresser in the bed rooms, so I guess this house is for a nudest. 😒
