You are absolutely right. Of course these moves work when the attacker goes catatonic as soon as you touch him. Against live resistance its Bullshido. Fantasies of a cultist.😆
These techniques are not for fighting. These techniques are for self defense. There is a big difference. The average person is not trained in the art of pain. I grew up in sanucas and have used it. So for all you sport martial art guys remember that.
What is even the point of an elbow strike on a falling opponent? Assuming you’ll event touch them, their falling away from you takes away your impact, they’re literally moving away from the strike
that's cool looking and everything...but people usually don't throw a karate punch like that and it's usually more then one punch. also the person throwing the punch moves around.....right?
Two of the most lethal combat tactics in the Martial Arts shown by GM George Logan. Are eye gouging and spinning to the back of the opponent. Spinning on an attacker is very, very, effective.
I have tried less effective techniques on the street and it worked, this will definitely work. Here's the question, how good is the student is in real life? And you might not need all these strikes, but at least you have an arsenal of strike you could do! I want to give a shout out to the teacher! Keep teaching!
Stop talking smack while hiding behind a keyboard. If that's how you really feel, go challenge dude to a fight video it and then put it here on RU-vid for all to see. Otherwise, shut the fuck up.
I find it laughable that a system that makes so much of the Arnis/Kali influence on the Ju-Jitsu core is being trained with those big silly stepping karate punches when I went down the FMA route to improve my hand techniques and make my training more realistic against boxing type attacks. Oh and I understand that this is a short form rather than a real representation of how people should fight and that's fine for instilling basics in beginners, but I do worry when it's being presented as "This is how you hurt a man..FOR REAL" when it clearly isn't. People are laughing and pointing, as well they might.Advanced students certainly shouldn't be training against stylised attacks.
Is that clown in the whire fighting or auditioning to be a Disney princess or something? This is not much more realistic than the wet yellow bamboo bois. One day he will fight someone who doesn't go catatonic after a halfassed punch and hes gonna be in real trouble. Thanks for the laughs. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
