GAAAAH this so answers my question, sort of.... I have this remote, except mine came with the rx-37w receiver, in the instructions it asks for a blue light when binding it with the remote, except it has a red light. Though when all steps are followed it looks exactly like this video, but with a red instead of blue light. So I assume that means my remote and receiver are properly bound, but the receiver was built with a red led and not blue. Either way I love this remote and everything it offers. I am still learning a lot about modern RC cars, and feel this remote is perfect for a step above stock.
