OMG this video help so much I was running around all the rooms for hours trying to fine the last charm with no luck and this video finally show the the last charm location
For whoever interact with Teleporter and It said "We need to do some more sleuthing around to find Tia". First Look at your Map see Big Red ! at The Pearly Expanse right? Go to position of Event then go to next map (Cliffs of Leios) run forward for next event to play. After that next step is that First Teleporter.
I dont understand! I talked to the teleport in greyfort middle after getting the charm but it says "you cant use this right now". I cant go out of there because i need to go after tia but i have run around greyfort middle all over but i am stuck!! What am i missing? Please help!
Fierce one; Beast. Lands of Plenty; Forest? and Blade; Sword. should remove the lock. I did this one off camera when I cleared the game, since it's not story related.

go valenstar center-->valenstar deep market then use chaos detector skill to find invisible enemy then kill it and you will get valenstar deep key 1 then go to middle left of valenstar center and kill that invisible again get key 2, go to bottom left do the same get key 3, go to top right do the same again get key 4, go back to bottom left open the last door and keep going..... hope this help.
