With this new feature, Category managers can improve the flexibility and scalability of their strategy planning by creating and maintaining tool documents for Cost Structure and Market Dynamics tools independent of their strategy and plan documents. They can conveniently create multiple tool documents for different categories or regions and add the tool documents to their strategies at their discretion, thereby significantly enhancing the strategic planning process.
