Enhancement 24: Creating new order output types and configuring it.
Solution:
• Create new custom Z output type in NACE tocde for the application V1.
• Create new condition table, new access sequence.
• Assign ZA00 output type to the output procedure.
a. Need to create new output procedure and then assign this output type.
• New routine should be developed if customer requirement is not fulfilled with standard routine.
o In VA01/VA02 Output should not trigger in case of order in credit block, delivery block, incomplete log
o In VA02 then item addition, quantity change, RDD change, shipping condition change, pricing changes etc etc
o In VOFM transaction we can develop the new custom routine for output procedure
• Assign this output procedure to sales document type
• If its an external send, fax, print output, then we should get design of the layout from business.
• Maintain condition records in NACE or via VV11, VV12, VV13
