Regar 1st question - plant gets determined from ship to party has an importance in tax determination. When we have ship to party in another country then tax will be liable from that country. Suppose a customer is from France and ship to party is in China and shipment is happening from Spain, then in VAT mention (verbiage) printed on invoice print from wl have a verbiage for non-EU country specific. We can say plant assigned to ship to party has a role in tax determination.. for your info!
