In this comprehensive video collection, we will guide you through the different modules of SAP SuccessFactors, a leading cloud-based human capital management software.
1. The employment section provides global job information and allows you to select fields.
2. To select a business unit name, simply drag and drop it from the dropdown menu.
3. Create a report for the company session by selecting basic employee information, such as business unit name, employee class label, department label, division label, employee status, first name, last name, and person ID.
4. To check the result, click on "result" and drag the selected columns up to view the result.
5. Before generating the report, an overview of the selected information can be viewed.
6. The "extension 1" blue arrow in the global information section allows you to view other areas.
7. To add compensation information as part of the report, click on the "compensation" arrow in the employee profile section.
8. In the "portfolio" section of the employee profile, select "amount", "currency", "frequency", and "pay component."
9. Combine the chosen employee's basic information with compensation information to create the report.
10. You can create reports using different scenarios and check the result after the report has been generated.
