What a wonderfully beautiful and sensitive exploration of this area. I was in Vietnam for 3 weeks in March 2019 doing charity work in the Mekong and really felt the same honest authenticity you capture in this post in Sapa. Thank you so much!

The scenery is terrific, so lush and verdant.The people were friendly. Love the mists and mountains but I would rather spend time in one of Dante's Purgatorio then climb those litter-strewn muddy paths. So, thank you for doing the work for me but this is one place I have no desire to visit on my own! You have become super confident in your delivery, getting better one vlog at a time.

I was in Sapa last week, and I recommend you Hmong House Sapa Homestay for better view. It's in a higher place so you can see the hold mountain. They have private room (around 350k,maximum 2people) and they also have dorm with 50k per night. Also at Tả Van.

I've been watching your vlogs for a while, and I really enjoy them. I especially enjoy the mini-journeys you take us on and point out the different aspects of your experiences all within one vlog. Do you also take photos during your trips? Keep up the great work, it's very inspirational!

I’m contemplating going to Sapa just for fansipan. That overnight train ride is not something I’m looking forward to... and all that walking... I doubt grab is a goer in that part of town?😝

You should go to dalat in southern Vietnam because it is a tourist destination and sapa is quite pristine

Looks like the route you took after your nap was pretty clean that is where the local lives. What you saw in the first path was littered by those discourteous tourists.
