I was in a lifting competition with Saquon in high school for football. Will never forget watching how easily he squatted 500+ pounds in high school. It wasn’t even the most he could do, he just did enough weight to break the records. You can google it. It was at Palmerton high school if I remember

Swift wasnt utilized enough. Barkley is better but lets be real the oc and hc didnt provide any identity to the offense last year and i think the better additon to the offfense will be the oc and an actual system / identity. Goes for the defense too and all the assistant coaching changes that will maximize howies young players abilities.

just because he is shifty and fast doesnt make him a good nfl RB. respectfully, he is not great at breaking tackles and is god awful at blocking. those were the main reasons for swift never getting a bellcow role in philly. saquon will be the first 3 down back philly has had in a while.
