First album I fell in love with. I was 10 years old when I first heard Sara Bareilles. I 24 years old now, and she still hold a special place in my heart. If I were to describe my childhood, it be with this album. Absolutely love you Sara Bareilles. You are a very underrated artist. I still listen to this album and her music in general to this day, never gets old. If anything inspirational.
Dude I had the same story. I was a preteen girl in the late 2000s and the sound, the words, the tone, the look (of the album art) all enthralled me. With the understated arrangement, thought provoking lyrics and phenomenal vocal performance, this is Sarah's diamond in the rough. I commend all of you who adore this tune as I do, it's her very best.
I love Sara. Such a great songwriter. Sammi Purcell of Foxes & Fossils does a great live version of this song. They are a tremendous cover band and they do Sara's song justice. Check it out if you haven't yet.

I like Love Song and Bottle It Up, but I really love this song! I love how calming it is but still has a powerful message. I wish more people would listen to it as they have heard Love Song but always give me an odd look when I mention this one...

I am just now discovering this song after having lunch my friend's job, I ended up shazaming it while they played it, this song is so beautiful she is such an amazing singer. I wouldn't mind listening to her other music if anyone has recommendations.
