What the world needs now is love, sweet love It's the only thing that there's just too little of What the world needs now is love, sweet love No, not just for some, but for everyone Lord, we dont need another mountain There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb There are oceans and rivers enough to cross Enough to last till the end of time What the world needs now is love, sweet love It's the only thing that there's just too little of What the world needs now is love, sweet love No, not just for some, but for everyone Lord, we don't need another meadow There are cornfields and wheatfields enough to grow There are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine Oh, listen Lord, if you want to know What the world needs now is love, sweet love It's the only thing that there's just too little of What the world needs now is love sweet love No, not just for some, but for ev'ryone No, not just for some Oh, but just for ev'ry one But for ev'ryone
this should be the national anthem for the whole world. if everyone sung or even listened to this song once a day, the world would begin healing in so many ways❤
Don't be bothered. She's not underrated by people of every kind in every country that has had an opportunity to hear her or see her perform. I like this version of this song by Jackie D.
The song is a good song, but there is no way to deny that it is also one of the dumbest songs ever. There is plenty of love in the world, always has been. What we could use is more reason and logic, they seem to be in short supply.
I got to see this in person, was one of the people in the audience on the roof. She was so amazing, even better being there. They gave her three tries to sing the song perfect, and she only needed to do it twice. That's how perfect she is.
If you listen closely it's the closest thing to perfection as far as pure singing gets. Apart from that Sara is a stunning lady and one of the best talents going around. Gorgeous and fantastic.
talent as high as the stratosphere, the voice of an angel, drop dead gorgeous, i listen to three of her songs and three covers she sang every day. Sinatra, Elton John, and this song. i get goosebumps when i hear this one. if i knew her personally, i would take Beyoncé's advice and put a ring on it.
Simply wonderful! This young lady's version sure hits the emotional chord. Should be required listening for the whole world, if we could only get the word out to everyone.
She always makes the best version of every song she decides to cover ... "Goodbye yellow brick road" "In your eyes" ... "Single ladies" . Amazing artist !!
Because I'm 62 years old, I'm not too familiar with today's singers. I came across this because I was listening/watching Jackie DeShannon video. I can't believe the voice of this person. Reminds me of Karen Carpenter's voice; which I consider one of the best female voices ever. Sara will now have a place in my rotation!
Record producers please get this person noticed all around the world she's terrific she knows how to saying it's more than you can say most modern artist today
she singed with EPIC in 2005 and has like four records out there and wrote a nominated score for a musical. people just need to wake up and smell the coffee
I love the way she sings and this one tops it. It is her voice and presence that makes each song alive. Simple and yet invigorating! Thank you God for the gift of Sara to this world. More power to you Sara. Do not stop singing old and new songs.
Amazing timeless piece of music and lyric….written by Burt Bacharach and the late Hal David.
