I just happened upon this PBS airing of ACL one Saturday night and watched for the entire hour. The second segment featured a talented young guy named Billy Strings whom I very much enjoyed as well.

Great performance by all. There's never a hole when Leventhal is on stage.

Too bad Orange and Blue isn't part of the Broadcast, I'd gladly have traded I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, for that song. But regardless, such a great performance. I only discovered Sarah's music a little over a year ago and I'm glad I did, it has enriched my life so much. I really hope she'll tour Europe as well, because I just HAVE to see her live. She's so incredibly talented, beautifully crafted songs, not a single bum note. I hate to compare artists, but her career path is very similar to that of Alison Krauss, gradually moving from a folky/bluegrass sound to a more folk/rock/pop sound, here voice meanwhile (and harmonizing) reminds me of Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, but it's still unmistakably her own sound.
