Biollante isn't godzilla's, she is just a monster that have some of his DNA. Representing her as his sister isjust a fan interpretation that was popularised by the web comedy series monster island buddies, some fans even see her as his daughter.

My personal favorite is Legendary Godzilla Legendary s person: he likes to show his outside and has a great Torrence o others around him as long as they do what he likes them to do, one thing he does not tolerate is a mistaken e in nature, and humans are experts at doing so, despite that I’m surprised he still tolerates humans, battle wise, he will face almost any enemy no matter what, he’s never taken a step back from battle, especially if it’s an enemy he just wants to kill, for example, in GvK, Godzilla was destroying city after city to look for mecha G just to delete him from the monster verse era. In his mind, surrendering or retreating is a thing, but was and most likely never will be chosen, he would rather loose or fight to the very end. Overall, this is why I lik- LOVE legendary Godzilla and he’s so badass!!!!

Can't we just appreciate Tell It Animated? My guy explained THE ENTIRE GODZILLA FRANCHISE from the first to the last and he did it in the most detailed way possible. Do you know how long it takes for that? Tell It Animated you are doing a good job and you deserve a metal 👍
