Stand the fuck up and give Sara Ramirez a standing ovation. That was better than half the stuff I've seen at the Grammy's. I could listen to this over and over again and still be in awe of her. This is why she's a Tony award winning actress. It still baffles me how she doesn't have an Emmy for playing Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy. It's well deserved.

Find Your Grail is my favorite song in this musical. Sara did it perfectly...and Tim Curry. I was at the show in Chicago where everyone broke into the Time Warp and he broke down laughing. It was great!

she is so completely in control of her voice, its fantastic. Like...that sounds like such a simple thing to say...but she is in COMPLETE control of her voice, and she can make it do whatever she wants. It's amazing.

Omg if you hear it at a normal volume it’s barely noticeable but if you turn it down a bit you can hear Sara’s note at 4:08. POWER

i heard they turned her mic down at 3:48 cause they were scared she wouldnt hit the notes with being sick🙄

We were incredibly lucky to see the original cast (plus Clay Aitken as Sir Robin, absolutely hilarious) when we went to the City for our honeymoon. There are few performers who can do what Sara Ramirez did in this show- true belting and of course a beautiful voice, but the ACTING while singing is the best part. She changes styles so often in this show, her vocal agility and control is beyond fantastic. She was PERFECT for this part--she really got what the writers were going for.

This song is patently ridiculous and ridiculously AWESOME! It's cliche after cliche and intentionally over-the-top, but somehow comes together to be genuinely badass, motivational, and inspirational. Eric Idle seeming to take some musical inspiration from his late friend George Harrison definitely didn't hurt!

i read some of the comments about people thnking she was faking it, keep in mind if you have ever done theatre there are sound deylays. with a theater as big as that the voice and the mouth will not match up as well, also depending on where the mic is located on the body causes another delay

So something I love about this performance is the harmony between the knights and the ensemble. Such a strong chorus of voices! It makes me even more excited to listen to Tim Curry and Sara Ramirez.

it's never ever too late to see any monty python film. although many of the jokes come from the holy grail, there are some that are nods to their tv series and more of their movies. if you like english comedy, you will love python.

Being sick actually doesn't limit your vocals much. Many performers do live shows with colds. I've seen plenty do it and I've even done it; I was actually seek for an entire weekend's worth of performances and was just fine. Your range may be limited but that really has to do with what kind of training you have. If your range is quite wide and you were trained properly, you won't struggle unless the song goes for your notes you struggle with. You can even hear Sara's nasal issues in this.

Dude! I had no idea! I mean I knew Sara was Amazing just as Callie on Greys, but I didnt know she had such an amazing voice like that! And the faces she was making while she was singing was hilarious! She is just fantastic!
