Sara Sigmundsdottir is a 22 year old Iceland that took 12th place in the 2014 European regionals. Currently after three workouts in the 2015 Reebok Crossfit Open - she sits in 6th place worldwide!
She is hoping to make qualify this year to the Crossfit Games and fulfill her dream since she started Crossfit in 2013.
Sara is the head coach of Crossfit Sudurnes in Iceland and a part time student in the Unversity of Iceland.

Her knees are very strong because she squats in a wrong way. Her knees rotate several times during the movement. Watch at 4:50...

I can see that most weightlifter do the same. At 100kg it looked acceptable. But all the sets/reps heavier than that she might as well just go doubles or a rep less or pause reps. Too much training volume with those inward knees
