There's actually that one fanmade video I watched and it stated how Sarada had a twin brother who got kidnapped and was taken to another place. The lost twin brother of Sarada took the wrong path like how Sasuke did back then because he was raised in the wrong. Sakura begged Sasuke to save their son. After years, Sasuke finally met his other child which is his son and they fought head on. The both of them also look alike except the boy's eyes was green.

The reason Sasuke doesn’t want a second child is because he doesn’t want them to be driven to kill each other like him and Itachi. Naruto is the opposite, he didn’t want Boruto to be alone like he was so they had Himawari. Also Sasuke didn’t say he wanted to repopulate his clan, he said revive his clan or bring them back. He didn’t go out and get a harem bc he didn’t intend to father a shit ton of kids lol
