Movie is 95% truth. What they didn't show is he individually corrected the soldiers who were missing the shots and ordered them to shoot at the densest section of the crowd so that more people can get killed in less time and Bullets(Remember in RRR)

You're not gonna like it. But the real joke is... *Majority of british historians and journalists nowadays say that colonies have prospered because of Colonialism.* *INSENSITIVITY TO ANOTHER LEVEL.
we all know what they say to themselves for their soul to remain ignorant. They don't wanna face the reality, because if they get to know it, they'll be at our foot pleading for forgiveness.
Fact is that a vast majority of those who followed dyer's orders were Punjabi sikhs. If you go through the list of names of victims on jaliaanwala memorial, you'll notice that more than 80 percent were Hindus. Sikhs fought so bravely at Sargarhi for British. Sikhs fought so loyally in WWI and WWII for British. In WWII they fought against netaji's INA. When they were taken POWs and practically abandoned by British, netaji asked them to for once fight for India. The whole warrior persona is Bollywood created. No doubt there have been bravehearts like Bhagat Singh, Uddham Singh and of course Maharaja Ranjit Singh. But it's only a handful compared to the rest. Why I bring it up? Becuase I'm tired of the faux warrior pride thats turned community blind to facts and we today have forgotten the Gurus and have installed posters of k-stanis next to them in gurdwaras. Bravado and loyalty without dharma is just violence. And that's where at least a third of the community is today. The other third is abandoning sikhi and turning to 'jejus' fraud. The rest is flying high on chitta. Uddham Singh and his courage are lost today in the land of punjab.
