@Myculinarydream Since she turned it down the prosecutor would have to offer it again and it wouldn't necessarily have to be the same terms. Depending how they feel they may not offer it again especially since Sarah made them go through this whole trial
She won’t take the stand until the prosecution rests and it’s the defense’s turn to present their case. This is a cross-examination of a prosecution witness.
While I know Sarah is guilty of second-degree murder. I'm glad she is going through the justice system. It's not fair that they make it nearly impossible for one to defend themselves. It shouldn't be that hard. Some things need to change.
