More like sadness and not loneliness since she has many friends in showbiz she can confide to. Sadness for what her Mother did at the church, it brought shame to both her and Matt's family; Bash and bad words from the people who hates Divine's character but Sarah can't even defend or protect her because she chose to stand to the man she loved.
I think loneliness is not the word because that defeats the purpose of getting married and being with someone side by side no matter what the circumstances are, good and bad, someone who will always be there to support you on your final decision no matter how much you disagree about it and most especially will be there to love you faithfully for the rest of your life. Hopefully Matt is the one to all of that because Sarah deserves that peace. Sarah is happy but the joy is not complete because one important piece that she had in her life from the start is not there to paint that picture. No matter how much someone else tries to fill that gap. That void will always be felt. It's so bittersweet. Hope she can fill that gap with her original piece and be completely joyous.
