Woman who loves Stash here! I love the spiciness and woodiness, and it has never felt "too" masculine for me - although I don't think I'd mind if it did, haha.

I've worn this one for years and the body oil is equally fantastic! Love woody notes and wear this in the fall winter months. So happy you found this one and enjoy it as I Love your reviews!

I LOVED this smell in the air and on others, and on me for the first 15 minutes, but on me when it dried down it smelled like an attic in desperate need of an airing out. I reluctantly sold it. And Thomas STILL makes me want it, even knowing I would smell like mildew 🤣

Massoia wood is very sweet, for me it smells like home made biscquits, also is is coconutty. Haven't smell Stash, but sounds like here massoias sweetness is balanced with vetiver, frankincense, pepper etc. Thanks for the review!

Massoia wood is now banned in fragrance and Stash has been discontinued.

Because a small number of people apparently are allergic to it.

@@rob068 Thanks. I hear that Eilish no 2 by Billie Eilish is almost a smell-a-like for Stash, just lighter & a bit sweeter & less potent/lasting. So there's the alternative for those allergic to massoia wood.

Hooray! What a good thorough review, thank you! Your single fragrance review videos are so refreshing. Stash is a tad more expensive in the States (retails for $75 for 50ml), but it's worth it and still under $100. My skin pulls a lot of vetiver, but I don't think of it as a "masculine" scent, it would work for anyone. I actually get a little coconut, does anyone else?

Great review. I really like this one too. I find it a bit soapy which I rarely see mentioned - a mix of old wooden chest and Sunlight soap. Xx

This seems to be a hard fragrance to find where I live in Canada. I was lucky enough to find it on the discount rack at the drug store for $19.99CAD (even though they never seemed to have it at a regular price). I am so happy to have found it as I was interested in trying it after hearing so many different views. I love it, I am a fan of spicy and woody fragrances. It's far more interesting than many of the celebrity fragrances I have tried.

I purchased this last year based off a reviewer and I like SJP. What I like about it is the fact it’s so different from what I typically gravitate towards…and I like it!

Thomas. Stash is certainly worthy of a wish list. I have the EDP and the oil, enjoying them both. This is a beautiful creamy woody perfume. When I first read the word lactonic in perfumery Stash is what came to mind. I like wearing Stash a lot especially as the seasons change Autumn and Springtime. I think it is definitely a unisex offering....as are they all. Thanks for the video, short and sweet.

Great review! After seeing this video, I had to revisit my sample of Stash. I've sampled it on cold winter days and it seemed to overpower me. Today is hot and humid, and Stash made me smell like an exotic, fragrant tree. It's a nice departure from the usual citrus or fruit cocktail scents that are marketed for hot weather. Stash reminds me of Clinique Aromatics Elixir. It appears they share some notes. I really like this for summer. Thanks for bringing it back to mind!

I hear this is also discontinued, it's defiantly become more difficult to find than it was. I bought this for myself but my wife really enjoys this and now she's taken it for herself.

I bought 2 100ml bottles @£4.99 each from Savers. They said it was being discontinued. I love it so rich, woody and incensey! I'll be saving it for winter.

I love this one in colder months. I didnt notice sage or pistachio hmm. I gravitated toward it because of that sandlewood similarity. So nice. Sometimes layered with jo malone roses or ginger lily to brighten it up as it leans "masculine" for me.

I love Stash now although took a couple of occasions to appreciate it. Recently my brother tried mine, loved it, ended up giving it to him. I will re buy as so affordable.

I bought Lovely by SJP. I use it as a room freshener in my bedroom and bathroom. Not being derogatory in that statement as I use it on my bed linens. Which if I didn’t remotely like it I wouldn’t use it on my bed. Interesting combo of notes on this new one. Thanks for the review. LOVE ❤️ YOU THOMAS 🥰

When I first sprayed it I immediately fell in love, I was only able to say "woooow". Unfortunately the drydown smells like half sour cucumbers on me... Maybe if I lived in another place this wouldn't be the case, but in Poland we can definitely recognize this smell and it's not that type of gourmand you would like to wear xD Such a shame :(

I live in Montreal which has Collection de Massey. One of their fragrances is called Confiante, containing ylang ylang. You should try it :)

I appreciated the fact that this celebrity scent took a different direction than the usual, I’ve only ever tried it in passing and didn’t like it. I don’t like cedar, and this smells like a sour cedar wood...maybe it’s the frankincense that gave it the sourness...idk...I like frankincense, but I guess not paired with cedar. To be fair, I’ve never tried it on skin, only on paper.

I have this perfume. I love woody and slightly masculine leaning fragrances. Someone mentioned on Fragrantica that they smell dill pickles in this scent. Now I can't "un-smell" it, haha. Do you have any idea which note might cause this smell?

My 30ml bottle of this is EVAPORATING!!! I've only worn it three times and the bottle is 2/3 empty. Maybe my doggies have been having a crafty spray...

This reminds me of dream I had few days ago. I bought some tall blue transparent bottle for 107,5 euro, I sprayed quite few times but next time I looked at the bottle is was less than 1/3 full lol

I’ve heard this smells similar to Tom Ford Santal blush… If so, I want it too! The only thing is it’s almost impossible to find, at least online! 😬 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you see similarities or are you reminded of Santal 33 (if you've smelled that before)? I keep reading online that Stash is reminding people of Santal and I haven't sampled either sadly so I don't know haha. 🤷‍♀️ but I'm still curious to see what you think! Thank you!! 🤗
