I love at 7:00, how Conan silently suggests SMG not bad-mouth the DVD commentary. Such a nice guy. btw, I get her point, but I + my friends have always loved cast n crew commentary + hearing from the creative teams.
I used to be a huge fan of Buffy when I was a teenager, probably watched the whole series like 6 times back then. We had to save many month and join our pocket money with my brothers to afford the DVD boxes... Buffy was such a great model. The character was all about responsibility and keeping humanity and a sense of humor through hardship and ordeals. Eventually I grew a huge crush on her to the point that merely watching her ached. Now I’m almost 40yo and this era is long gone but bumping into this interview and watching SMG’s laugh and still be so gorgeous and sweet and innocent somehow wakes up old forgotten feelings and I realize that crush still kind of lives somewhere burried inside. You never forget your first love they say...
I was 15 in 2002 as well and I was probably more crazy about Sarah Michelle than you. The fact that 2002 was over 20 years ago now is unbelievable and shows just how short life is.
As a teenager, this exact Scooby-Doo was my first DVD as well as my introduction to SMG. Needless to say I got into Buffy soon after that. She’s a very special lady
Shes absolutely right about commentarys with actors. Its usually terrible. Some directors, like Mel Brooks are also awful. The best ones are with cinematographers or effects people because they usually have something interesting to say about almost every scene. But Im a nerd and I like to hear the nuts and bolts stuff about how movies are actually made.
I'm sure you might think I've just crawled out from under a rock. But, I had never heard of this actress until her name was mentioned on the show Eureka from 2006, as a possible replacement for S.A.R.A.H.'s voice.
I was at a popular club near Bourbon Street in 2001. I looked over and there was both Sarah and Freddie Prince Jr. just off in a corner staring at me with little shy looking smiles on their faces sipping on their mixed drinks. I was so shy I did not know what to say so I just smiled back and they once again kept smiling at me and continued sipping on the drinks. They were both extremely shy and did not say anything to anyone the whole night. I should have said something…they were both eyeing me down the whole night. That was the same night Ricky Williams (ex Saints football player just google him) was there and even he was shy…in the corner of my eye he kept eyeballing be hard looking up and down me…whenever I would look over he just had a nervous smile on his face sipping his mixed drink. …again, I should have said something but I too am shy. I am a guy and Ricky was really looking me over, lol …what a night. I just remember when I was on line for the bathroom I mentioned to some people about my encounters and they all said awful things like “ Freddie Prince Jr. is a f%%got !!! And Ricky Williams has tiny hands that’s why he keeps dropping the ball!!” That was awful…I looked over and all 3 still had these little smiles just sipping away at their mixed drinks.
It's funny that she doesn't like commentary on movies, when there was an entire show based around commenting on movies: Mystery Science Theater 3000 "who watches that?" *ahem* 13 seasons later
Do you know I was never staring at her but I was always watching my face and what she was cute 🥰 where are my teenage years and Warner Brothers were at that point of time just making some darn good shows and evening when I wanted to watch TV everything was wonderful and beautiful Fox Warner Brothers and I mean I was able to go for Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday to something very beautiful at a certain point of time of day generally in the evening I could watch Fox News Dawson's Creek Felicity party of five Fox was Ali McBeal wanting to kiss her I was always staring at her lips wanting to kiss her
Only show the top edge of the thong, so it's like 'Oops, you're not supposed to see that!' If too much thong is showing, it's clearly intentional; and that's just trashy.
Black in this case refers to the color of clothes. Black was a popular choice of color for clothes, and especially dresses, because it was deemed slimming and complimentary to most body types.
Apparently she was a pain in the ass miserable madam on Buffy set, always moaning she was tired. She shouldn't have taken on the role if it was going to make her moody and Diva-ish. I think SMG on TV interviews is probably a lot different to SMG you meet on the street.
Rare to find a person in hollywood with a personality as attractive as her's. Good for her and well done by her parents. She seems like a genuinely fun person to converse with.
Man. It was sad to hear her instantly talk about implants. That should never be a conversation for anyone. Your ass is already sweet AF, ladies! lol P.S.: It's called "whale-tailing", Sarah. 👍
