This song just broke me... I don't think there's a single song out there that captures the sadness I experience because of a life trapped in being anxious. I don't want to live my life like this. I relate to this so much. I let so many lies latch to me as my identity. I forget who God says I am and I slip into a season of anxiety where I don’t want to go anywhere or do anything because I feel that way. This hits home and it’s so heartbreaking to see so many Christians struggle with this. But honestly it’s the easiest target to hit when our faith starts to falter. Thank you for releasing this. It’s important to know we’re not alone. I pray God helps us all through this struggle. I’ve taken solace a lot in Gods words and promises that He holds my hand through all of this. I truly know that His words are our sword and we just have cut the chords that try to bind us with what God says. It’s not an easy fight but thank God that He fights for us 💕

I've been bound by anxiety for longer than a decade, close to 20 years. It's to the point Im unable to go hardly anywhere. Yes u do fill like everyone is on fast forward and ur in slowmo

Had a lady at a festival tell me no in a way of making me feel ashamed I even asked one simple question and now my anxiety has set in for the rest of the evening and now I feel awful. All that keeps running in my head is every wrong thing I ever did. I am crying in the bathrooms hoping no one will hear. Prayers Please for my anxiety and that lady.

Sarah, wow. Thank you. I found your music just a few days ago and I cant be more thankful with God for putting in my path, amazing artists and instruments of Him to help my life to be better. I started struggling anxiety and all these years I called myself believer in God when actually He wasnt important to me. And as the song says I cant keep living this. I was suffering, the Evil was taking my life out of me, but when you search for God first believe me that it all takes a YES for Him to start working in us, He takes our lives completely if we give Him our permission. And right now, Im not longer suffering anxiety. Im now and beyond thankful everyday with His glory and Im really living my life. Anyone that reads this, stay strong, bad times will come but trust in God even when it seems he abandoned you, He is working in silence, search for Him and He will come to you. 💙

Substitute depression for anxious & this is exactly what I am dealing with. Thank you for singing the words that I feel. I love this song because it is on point. Christians suffer from mental illnesses too. They are chemical imbalances in the brain. It is not our fault. It should treated like any other disease. But there is help through support groups, counseling & medication. There is hope. Don't give up because God will never give up on you! You are worth saving!
