Hello, what does the group A and B do? If I have 2 sets, 1 Master and 4 slave headsets each, do 4 slave headsets connected to group A and have their own channel or combine the other 4 slave headsets together.
A group could be able to pair at the maximum of 4 remote headsets. to connect more remote headsets, group B is the key. To answer your question, Group A and B could be able to hear each other with the help of this hub.
Hi Darwin, Mr. Red Bang Productions already answered your questions correctly. One more thing is we offer the WiTalk LBH Headset for user to connect to the HUB. So your HUB can also talk and hear from the 4 remote headsets. In total 5 people in the communication group
Hi, sorry for the delay reply. Of cause you can make the WT5S & WT6D together to have 8 slave. They're all in the Witalk system and you just need a HUB (from WT6D) to connect all the remote headsets.
I notice the master headset between WT5S and WT6DS is different. If I purchase the WT6S and only need to use 3 remotes headset, doe this mean that I have to connect my master headset Witalk LBH model to the hub base station and from the base station connect to other remote headset ?
Hello, yes, the Witalk LBH is not master but a headset for connecting to the HUB for talking & listening. You need to wireless connect the HUB to other remote headset.
@@WandaWong11 Thank you for your reply. I was on the verge of purchasing the WT5S and is deciding if I should go for the WT6S. Please correct me if I am wrong, If I purchase the WT5S, there are 4 remote headset and One master headset that act as the base station. IN this situation, If I need to upgrade, I will need to purchase the hub station and additional remote headset. What happens to my original master headset ??? However, if I purchase the WT6SD, I will have not problem upgrading as it comes with 5 remote headset and one LHB headset that is to be connected to the base station by wire. If I need to upgrade further, I just have to purchase additional remote headset. AM I correct ? If I only need to use for 3 people, then I can still use the base station with 3 remote headset or 2 remote headsets plus the LBH headset wired to the hub station right. The WT6S cannot work without the base station right ? Thank you.. I am deciding which system to purchase. Your reply will determine which system I will purchase. Thank you
Hello! Does the Mini Base Hub work with regular headset that terminate on TRRS? I would like to purchase this while using a different headset like Jabra
Hello Jay, sorry for the delay reply. The Hub can last for about 2.8hrs when connecting to 8 remote headsets. You can purchase the Witalk BP (Battery for Witalk system) separately.
Hi, would like to know if the WiTalk HUB can use ANY regular headphone with microphone that has the 3.5mm jack instead of using the WiTalk LBH. I thought of using a Tactical Ear Protection that has a 3.5mm jack with this. Please advise, thanks
@@WandaWong11 Ok. Another question when using those headphone with mic, does it still have the "on/off" mic function similar to the Saramonic WiTalk headsets?
@@multiviousstudio2969 If you need the mute function, it's better to use the Witalk LBH. saramonicusa.com/witalk-lbh-wired-lightweight-backband-headset-for-witalk-hub-base-station-with-4-7-trrs-cable/
Hi my friend, if you have the Witalk HUB, you don't need to connect the WT5D master to the HUB. All you need to do is connect the remotes to the HUB because the HUB = MASTER. If any other questions, feel free to contact us
Hello my friend, sorry for the delay reply. Please try to clear the HUB and then pair them again. In your situation, it shall be because the HUB is fully paired. Pls check this video to see how to clear the HUB ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VA0N7ilc7to.htmlsi=1l3lRyYoBmRGKUNe
Hello, does group A and B means you have 2 separate channels? Group A can communicate within group A only, group B can communicate within group B only, then the Master Hub can communicate with all?
@@eednad Happy to help. Where are you from? I can help to check where you can test the Witalk in your city. I personally like it and it helps a lot filming crews working
@@WandaWong11 From Hong Kong, we use it for our church's media team. We already bought it. And our team is happy with it even though there's no 2 channels function. I hope Saramonic will find way to enable that function.
