@@venkatkumar812 Sivaji was slim (normally required stature) in many movies, especially from 'En Thambi' and maintained that till 1976. See those movies. You will be mesmerised over his attire and handsome and most stylish looks.Again from அன்புள்ள அப்பா till his last movie. See 'Once More' movie acted by Sivaji at the age of 68 and his dance. Even when he was a bit overweight, he looked gorgeous and stylish with amazing walking styles and wonderful costumes that fitted him very aptly including Emperors roles. He had many close-up shots (perhaps the only actor in the whole world with more number of close-up shots to his credit) by giving just amazing facial expressions apart from wonderful and incomparable body language. Since he possessed beautiful eyes and other proportionate facial features apart from fine walking styles (300 types of walking), this was possible. Also from his 1st movie பராசக்தி, in another so many early day movies, he was of normal weight only. To conclude, whther slim or sometimes otherwise, Sivaji was always looking gorgeous and handsome because his eyes alone will speak thousand tales and his wonderful face itself was more than sufficient to attract audience. Unlike other heroes, Sivaji toiled hard and acted in 3 shifts to satisfy the producers and to entertain the masses without allotting time for proper and sound sleep even. @@perukkaranai Bhanumathi's nasal singing is karna kadooram. why have you not mentioned about it? Malaikallan, Tamil version of Azad is another example where Bhanumathi, a "Telugu actress was no match to the elegant Meenakumari.

@@sakuntalanagesan1745 I beg to differ from you. Bhanumathi had lost her charm and form by 1956 whereby the later films were spoiled despite the brilliance of Shivaji Ganesan and G Ramanathan. Her nasal singing in fact added a unique melody to her songs which she sang effortlessly. Even in this film, the song "Arputha Katchi ondru kanden" in Suddha Saveri is rendered beautifully by the madam with some nasal tone which adds to the melody of the song. Her mastery over the Raaga is unmatched. I have no idea about the hindi heroines.
