I have a question. I just got a sarangi. I tried tuning it and when i try to slide the bow across the strings no noise comes out. Is the bow messed up or what? I tried making the strings loose and tight but no sound at all. And also i have three of the dark fat strings that are higher then the other steel strings. When the bow is going across the strings only the three big ones are touched on it. Is that normal?
