I’m glad you started eating garlic. Growing up my Dad had high BP and he never take any meds except eating 2-3 cloves of garlic a day my godfather (a doctor) warned him not to eat fatty meat and he never listened, he reached at the age of 82 and died of prostate cancer. I also diagnosed of high cholesterol here in the US 10 yrs ago and prescribed to take statin but that meds has so much side effects, it also spiked your sugar level so you need to take another med for diabetes. Lol I quit the meds once I found out the side effects and started roasting garlic. I had a physical check up few weeks ago and everything is good I’m 57 and also walk 4 miles a day.

The salad looks good. I cooked mungo beans with pork spareribs dahil selos na selos ako sa mga Pinoy foods. My 3 yrs old grandson ate 2 bowls. Missed all our foods can’t wait to go home- from Maryland, US

You should try “Taste of LA” sa Morato Ave. Very unique yung restaurant. Classy but discreet and of course good food. We try to visit everytime we’re at PI.
