Ingredients:
.4 kg chicken meat
.4 cups pineapple juice
.1 can pineapple sliced (420 gr)
.8 cloves garlic chopped
.4 tbs brown or white sugar
.1 tbs lemon or kalamansi juice
.2 tbs fish sauce (patis)
.1 fbs chicken powder
.3 pcs star anise
.2 tbs soy sauce
.salt and pepper to taste
