Thanks for the comment, welcome to the community. Mobiles in parks with lot rent are the last beacon of affordable housing in the United States. Most folks look at this purchase as a way to own a home while also paying an HOA that takes care of everything on the exterior of their home + having ammenities that they can use such as a pool, gated entrance etc. When comparing this lot rent to that of a single family home it is by far a much more affordable option. Many folks get concerned with the lot rent price, we get it, however, that is not looking at the entire picture.
