Saratoga - The Hardest Fish to Catch? 

It's the west coast of the Cape York Peninsular and there are plenty of Barra jumping to get into the boat. But the ultimate prize is a large Saratoga, which are some of the hardest fish to land. Sometimes its the hunt for that one particular species that really accentuates the art of angling.
