Step by step guide on how to cook Sarciadong Isda / Sarciadong Tilapia
ingredients:
Cooking oil
Fish - you can use Tilapia, Galunggong, Dalagang bukid or Bangus
Salt - 1 teaspoon for Sauce
Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 whole, chopped
Onion - 1 whole, chopped
Egg - 1 medium size
Tomato - 6 pcs, chopped
Water - 400ml or 1 1/2 cup
Procedure :
High heat setting:
Apply salt in fish then Fry it
Set aside the fried fish
How to make the sauce:
Medium Heat setting:
Saute the Garlic, Onion and Tomatoes
After Sauteing, simmer it for 3 minutes
After 3 minutes, Add water then crush the tomatoes so that it will extract juice
Add in the ground black pepper and salt
Cover the Pan for 8 minutes
After 8 minutes, add the egg then stir it very well
After stirring, put the Fried fish and turn off the heat
Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
