AlexTheGS it isnt. if they were going to make a papa louie 4 game most likely it would be on mobile, since they announced that papas scooperia is going to be the last papas game because flash is going to be ending or something like that in 2020. If they were going to be making a ps4 game, they would announce it on their website, however they have not done that nor did they announce that there was going to be a papa louie 4 coming out anytime soon.
