For Professional part, mas priority yung monitor that can handle printers color profile when converting rgb to cmyk. Isa to sa mahirap pa rin hanapin. rgb is great if your work is for posting online or for viewing. But for work that need to be printed, cmyk or any color profiles that is near to it is much important. Finding the right monitor that has a printing color accuracy is still hard today.
AOC 24inch 1080p 144hz 8k lang ginagamit ko sa pagiging WFH photoshop lightroom and da vinci. sulit na sulit flexible kahit mag dota2,diablo ang ganda padin and for sure quality talaga AOC 2k and 4k monitor is para na talaga yan sa mga proffesional yung kumikita 100k php per project. hays sana makabili din ako niyan pero AOC 24inch 144hz with eyecare Sobrang smooth ng mga color and very sharp hindi masakit sa mata and may blue light technology para hindi masakit ulo pag nakababad mata.
In addition to what has been said about pro monitors, one should determine which color space is he using. Most of the time oks na ang 99-100% sRGB if what you are going to create will be exported online. Important thing to note din and understand about the different color spaces. Sometimes oks na din ang 72% NTSC since it is approximately 99%-100% SRGB. There's no need to go 4k as long as your monitor has the right color space, gamut, and accuracy. A 1080p monitor is enough for the general use case scenario. Posting this since budding professionals needs to know that they can start creating art or design with what is available to them. They just need to understand the fine print.

When it comes to monitors for photography / creative work involving color accuracy, I always go for Dell monitors (and laptops). Most of their monitors cover higher color gamut lalo na for printed work. Maganda pa dyan, they always include a monitor color profile that you can use to calibrate your monitor. Been editing photos for weddings using Dell monitors for several years now and so far same color ang screen to print output versus using a gaming monitor. Also, 4K is a good feature though dapat capable din ang videocard na gamit mo. Though most print works that I use are printed in 8 x 10 sizes, 24" in 1080p resolution is more than enough. Maybe 4K will be more useful for those who print in large formats (billboards etc).
Dell ultra sharp series monitors are one of the best, they are a little pricey, don't have high refresh rate but worth it in terms of display quality and accuracy.
For me, if you're really into fps gaming at least get a 24" 144hz monitor. It'll really help and put you into that next level experience especially if you're using a 60hz previously.
@@tedguanzon3499 I'd honestly suggest to save up abit more to go for the 144hz. I think there's some cheap ones lately like the Acer ones. I personally have the Asus VP249QGR.

Agree ako. No to Nvision. Yung sakin 4 mos lang nagka-LCD bleed while watching youtube only. I use Asus now. Sobrang sulit. Overwhelmed lang ako sa 24" size nya para akong kinain ng screen.

Go for IPS monitor if you will usually use it for content consumption and refresh rate is not a big deal for you. you should focus more on color accuracy, 60hz will do as long as you have a good panel you are good to go. but if you have extra money to spend go for ips/hdr/high refresh rate monitor (bit pricey)

60fps is usually bare minimum these days. And when I say minimum you shouldn't really settle for anything under that unless budget constrained. You may lower your graphics settings until you reach that fps. If you are referring to monitor refresh rate maybe go at least for 75hz. But I'll say you are missing a lot by not going to 144hz.

Same lang. Always consider your GPU when choosing the monitor resolution. Ok na ang 1080p for standard gaming. But for 2k or 4k screen need ng high-end PC specs

I've been eyeing for 2k ips ultrawide monitor for months now but still undecided since I really don't know what the feeling of having a ultrawide or the feeling of immersion while playing.
