Main bengali hoon kolkata se , apki recipe dekhkar pahli bar sarson ka saag & muli se makke ki roti banani hoon jo ghar me sabko bahoot pasand aaya, thanks
I'm from punjabi family. We make sarson ka saag with sarso, palak ,bathua and methi on traditional chulah. Slowly cook it with adding small amount of hot water gradually grinding with madhani. When cooked completely mix it with makhi ka atta. Finally tadka of ginger, onions, garlic, green chillies with desi ghee. Served with fresh ghar ki makhni and makki ki roti. It really tastes yummy 😀.
@@MsChillyo use equal amount of Sarso, palak, bathua and methi. Now the season of Sarso is gone. Good quality of Sarso is available in December- January.

Thank you for sharing this I have always wondered what original roti was eaten with saag because makki/corn came from new world( it is native to Mexico and authentic America's and introduced to India by europeans) So mystery solved. Thanks!

Tried this simple recipe of yours for first time and family liked it. I always thought it's very difficult as I didn't understood how sarso will release flavours. Your recipes are getting simpler day by day. Motivates exploration.
