The suspension is basically an early Ford Bronco radius arm suspension that's been grafted onto the front of the truck. There was no kit to build this. I did the SAS over the course of 9 months. It has a Dana 44 up front and a Nissan H233b rear axle running 5.14:1 gears and ARB air lockers front and rear. Frontend uses Deaver 5.5" Superflex coils, and rear is using Superlift 5.5" coils so I can carry a full week of supplies in the truck while offroading.
Transfer case is a Nissan TX10 with 3.92:1 Calmini crawler gearset installed. Rear suspension uses 30" long arms in a modified Nissan 5 link. The truck has also now been 5-speed swapped with a low ratio 5 speed out of a '91 pathfinder.
my dad still hasnt given me his 1992 pathfinder. its been sitting in our driveway for 5-6 years in the same spot because he doesnt want to get insurance for it. fuck my life :(
