Quality guest! Waited for this all week! Totally disagree about the comments regarding Sam interrupting and using his ADHD as a reason. Sam is a natural presenter, he carries this podcast well. He’s not interrupting, he’s trying to keep the flow. Lay off him!

Sam did a really brilliant job leading the interviewing in this episode. Can notice a real skill progression. Fab episode!

Good morning everyone! ☀️ I have wanted to comment previously (many times actually) but haven’t for some reason. Not a sob story but I just wanted to share that I have ADHD too! (Combined type I was diagnosed at 27) I am 28 nearly 29 now. I’ve been struggling the last few months because there’s been a medication shortage and it undid a lot of positive work that I had done leading me to put on nearly a stone in weight (mentally and physically lol). Anyway, this isn’t a sob story I just wanted to say how buzzing I am feeling now because this episode just left me feeling energised, I’ve just completed a half an hour workout without my medication just from pure motivation from you guys and I don’t feel like a sinking rock now (no offence Pete with what the episode is regarding 😘) Lots of love + have a great week thank you again. Also Sam, I am a MASSIVE Tony Bellew fan (I also support Liverpool but that goes out the window where Tony is concerned, I’m also a huge JLS fan crying after the loss to Alexandra Burke in fact it still hurts me to this day x
