Except for a couple of seconds at 0:50 and 1:00 all the other photos are years old. Even without the "transformation" they young lady is just coming out of being a teenager and university. Ms. Sasha still looked better than 90% of the people her age without the "transformation". One would imagine always being under scrutiny while in the eyes of WH the whole family just wants some privacy.
