Ichigo Daifuku is the white and red item. Ichigo is strawberry. I think it's strawberry rice cake, or mochi. The drink is ramune. :)

Hi, I always enjoy your video in Japan! The white one is called "Ichigo-Daihuku(Strawberry Daihuku)" which is a type of mochi sweets. A strawberry is covered by thin mochi with sweet red bean paste. and the drink is called "Ramune", which is similar to soda pop :) Thank you for Japanese themed videos! Want you to come to Japan, every kinds of food here is amazing!

Love the little soda cup!! Whether it's making these popin candy kits or cooking in the kitchen...one spends so much time preparing the food, only to have it eaten in a few moments lol. The fish cake looked so yummy. The hardest thing when I am making these kits is not eating one candy before the rest is done haha. :)

The blue beverage is called "Ramune". It's a very famous soft carbonated drink which you can find in a lot of different flavors and comes in a glass bottle with a marble at the top. The "pastry" with a red coulis is strawberry daifuku which a mochi (rice cake) stuffed with different sweet stuffings such as red beans :)

The drink was Ramune ラムネ, which is a drink similar to sprite. The Japanese word for soda is Kora (pretty sure) コラ. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about the cola thing. Source: I am a Japanese student currently~

Kora (コーラ) in Japan just simply refers to the soda "coca cola". "Soda" is usually called either just soda(ソーダ(often times a flavor) or tansannsui(炭酸水). It also means carbonated water. 😉

The white & red small cake (looks mochi) is called "Ichigo Daifuku" in Japanese. Ichigo means strawberry and Daifuku meas Mochi cake, we put some fruit or flavors into mochi to eat like a cake. Hi SassE! I love these Popin' Cookin' videos you've been doing! In regards to the third dessert in this kit, I believe it is specifically referred to as "ichigo daifuku" which is a Japanese dessert where a strawberry is encased in a layer of red bean paste and a layer of mochi. And if I had to guess, the drink is probably "ramune" flavored, as they usually are in these kind of kits. But like I said, that's more of a guess. I hope that helps!

+Robert Sch Those other people are drama queens. Japanese sweets always taste like the flavors they are trying to copy. The Japanese food scientists are very good at that.
