Finally some sensible understanding of sasuke's power levels depending on hos stages of life. Rinnegan Sasuke is very dangerous that even Otsutsuki are concerned about it which is no small feat.
Fugaku has, in fact, no feats shown, so he's underrated heavily, but he's actually on the same tier as minato, imho. Minato and Fukagu are the only shinobi stated to have been marked with a no-engagement order by konoha's enemies during the great shinobi war. We know why the "yellow flash" was so feared, but we don't know the specifics behind why fukagu was just as feared; we only know that his nickname was "wicked eye" fukagu My personal theory is that fugaku's mastery of the sharingan was so proficient that when he was present on battlefields, he was able to trick his enemies to strike and kill each other, thereby causing major friendly fire and chaos among the enemy ranks. So, just as minato by himself can take out a battalion with just his teleportion jutsu, fugaku would also be able to deal with an entire battalion by himself, albeit through different means. The more surrounded by the enemy fugaku is, the more pawns he would have to use as he deemed fit. This mastery of the sharingan would not only make fugaku's enemies hesitate to engage him but also make fukagu infamous, and even make his presence ominous or "wicked" as he would essentially be making his foes kill their own long time comrades and companions. (This would also make fukagu stand out even more as an uchiha since jumping/ganging up on an individual is one of the stragedies specifically used against the uchiha and their sharingan.) Therefore, while Minato is out there killing his enemies quickly and merciful, fukagu is causing much heartbreak/anguish as he is defeating his enemies. This style of fighting of fukagu's would cause fear not just in his enemies but even in his own konoha allies as they would witness the mayhem fugaku, and by extension, the uchiha clan as well, is capable of creating. Adding to the fear that konoha already felt against the uchiha and their sharingan. But that's just my headcanon of why he was called wicked eye fugaku. Also, it makes more narrative and thematic coherence if the fathers of sasuke and Naruto respectively were on the same tier, but while Minato was praised and accepted by konoha, fukagu instead was feared and shunned. They're also each called generational genuis, meaning talent like theirs only appear once every generation or so. They're also considered sannin level, but tbh they're both above sannin. In all likelihood, a battle between these two would lead to a double ko or draw.

Only thing i disagree with is the notion that the finals characters were not quite chunin level Shikamaru becomes a chunin despite being physically behind at least 4 others at the time of the finals, and Genma(a jonin) says sasuke is already more than strong enough to be a chunin when he sends him after gaara. "Chunin" level isnt a power rank. Its an overall ability rank in both physical, mental, and emotionally. The sand didn’t have anyone asstrong as gaara besides his dad at the time, but he is still a genin. Neji has mastered all the techniques a main branch hyuga would be expected to learn. Sasuke is doing the things kanabi bridge Kakashi(jonin) had just developed. Im not saying who is stronger than who, but the idea that controlled kyubi naruto, neji, sasuke, lee, or gaara arent at least beating some of the fodder leaf chunin in a fight is a bit ridiculous to me.
Man I don’t know about EMS Sasuke beating up Edo Madara. Yes he did do well alongside Naruto against Obito but Madara said himself he was going easy on KCM 2 Naruto because he was fighting the real one, not a clone. You guys claimed that KCM 2 Naruto is above EMS Sasuke. What should that tell you?
Fugaku was one of three people with an official "flee on sight" order, as seen in Itachi's novel. You can definitely say he's weaker than Minato because of the lack of feats, but saying he isn't relative is still wrong. He literally sat there and allowed Itachi to kill him because he understood why he was doing what he did. If The Mountain sat down and allowed me to choke him out that does not make me stronger than him. That is not a feat.

He didn't grew much after the massacre, he wasent desperte to become the next Madara, he was only concerned to position his own pieces on the chessboard of someone else's game. Oh yeah he's very underrated power wise, he's either being downplayed to hell or people are downplaying the feats he does solely because sasuke did them.
If Fugaku was Hokage the Uchiha would have been allowed to assist in the fight against Obito and the nine tails. So, you can make a case for him being a better Hokage tan Minato because the village wouldve been safer.
Sasuke is stated to be chūnin level in the novelization of the prologue even before he joins Team 7, by Genma when he is sent out to chase Gaara, and is said to be far beyond genin in Hyō no Shō during the bell test. Gaara is stated to be even beyond chūnin by chūnin when they observe his passage through the Forest of Death, which is not even his full power. He is forced to use more effort against Lee, then base Sasuke is stated to be his strongest opponent after that. The Anniversary Guide states that Fugaku is the greatest Uchiha, presumably at his death, so even after killing the entire clan, Fugaku would still be stronger than Itachi and Shisui (albeit, one could just dismiss this as hyperbole). Shisui's title is known the world over, even by B (who also said he was the ultimate genjutsu user). Albeit, the official Naruto site implies Shisui's reputation is in a vacuum after the Sannin left the village. Danzō already had Hashirama's cell arm when Shisui died, so there is no real difference afterwards. (Orochimaru, who gave him the arm, left Konoha and Root beforehand.) I believe the passive Kamui has to be switched on, and the window betwixt it being switched on and off (to touch Minato) is what Minato exploited. If he was on the defensive, even Minato's teleportation still would have phased through him. Questionable if the arrow is so fast that Obito cannot even react to it, since he only needs to react to switch it back on (which is beyond physical response). Beyond that, Obito has esoteric abilities such as the Uchiha Flame Barrier which (whilst Rinnegan-amplified) could easily block B's punch, so I think he would still have options. Obito once he stopped holding back immediately slammed both Naruto and Sasuke into the ground. The Majestic Attire Susanoo only broke through Obito when his determination wavered. If he went full power from the onset they would have lost.
Honestly I see Anbu Itachi taking it quite easily the way that same Itachi fodder stomped orochimaru who was in his prime compared to sasuke having a somewhat harder fight against a crippled orochimaru you can really see the difference

Unhealthy Itachi:5 kage summit Healthy Itachi:newly awakened EMS Orange Mask Obito:Matured EMS Sasuke White Mask Obito:Perfect Susanoo Sasuke [he used it in 4th great ninja with the EMS] Juubi Obito:newly acquired Rinnegan 1 Rinnegan Juubidara= Juubi Obito[ he was phisically better and had better ocular prowess] 3 eyed Rinnegan= The last Sasuke. Boruto era Sasuke shitstomp all of them combined and NO,it's not close. Adult Sasuke or Naruto are stronger than Kaguya in their nerfed state in base.
It’s a speed amp, via enhancing the chakra in the brain, via occular chakra. Which literally heightens the neurotransmitters in the brain therefore increasing the speed at which motor units in the muscles can respond to action requests
I think ur both half right. I disagree that the Sharingan just grants ones body increased speed off rip. It's made evidently clear when weighted lee rofl stomped sasuke at the start of the chunin exams. Sasuke could see Lee's moves but his body was too slow to react. Rather, I believe kakashi's situation as a kid explains the whole speed dynamics. Kid kakashi without the Sharingan could use the chidori but had tunnel vision while doing so. With the Sharingan he was able to better perceive his surroundings while performing the jutsu. The Sharingan just grants better perception while moving at high speeds, it doesn't improve one's musculature to become quicker. An apt analogy to describe this would be playing a racing game with a weak pc, giving u terrible frame rate. Ur speedometer would still be 200 mph but it's harder for you to navigate turns or handle overtaking. Getting a Sharingan would be like upgrading the pc so u have a better frame rate and can better handle said turns and overtaking. In both scenarios the actual speed of the car was unaffected.

14:20 Definitely not, but honestly I think Shisui displays the highest level of SKILL that we see with the body flicker itself, even if he doesn't display the highest level of speed. I mean it could be interesting but what’s weird about both of them, starting with Obito is that for one they are Kiri Anbu but we know that shinobi from other villages do not compete with the equal rank of Konoha ninja just due to it being a main nation, Baki is the strongest sand Jonin and got folded by mid tier Konoha Jonin, so we have not a clue how strong they were and Obito was lowkey just catching them offguard, they could perceive him they just had no clue what to do. For Izuna he just doesn’t have any scaling other than being potentially equals or relative to that of MS Madara and a young Tobirama which gets him nowhere as Madara gets far stronger and Tobirama’s best lore comes from general statements regarding his life which we don’t know when the statements are referring to. That’s kind of why we didn’t include it, could of been interesting tho
The biggest thing about the kabuto fight is the only reason Itachi was taking control was because Sasuke skill set wasn't needed. They couldn't kill kabuto and Itachi was the only one that knew the genjustu
Itachi took control because he was the more experienced shinobi at the time, he also showed to be faster and more skilled as he had to protect sasuke that entire fight Honestly Itachi showed himself to be superior to EMS sasuke here 🤷🏻♂️

He was not faster or stronger since neither of those were necessary for this fight. If it wasn't for genjustu Kabuto would've beat itachi. And if Sasuke could've killed Kabuto he would've killed him but they needed him alive to end the edo tensi justu. The only thing itachi had over Sasuke was knowing a very specific genjustu without needing eyesight that any Uchiha could do if they knew it.

Kabuto is certain and madara essentially cooperates that he’s stronger than alive.

Itachi was planning to use kotoamasukami on EMS SASUKE and it worked on edo itachi who was far stronger than five kage summit sasuke and kcm and arguably kcm2 level. shisui should be able to beat every sasuke prior to rinnegan sasuke with his genjutsu. If Shisui’s power scales to his genjutsu than it’s even worse for sasuke.
