Read fast, breeze through the first few texts and leave extra time for those social studies and sciences. For the math, it’s the same as ever just keep studying up on the basics you don’t remember like algebra, quadratic formulas, area, etc :) Good luck my friend

Also I have this problem where i talk and teach myself and my voice gets dry, i need to drink water every now and then, despite all that you did this for 2 hours, i cannot appreciate you enough. Today I solved section 3 of four practice tests but wasn't getting anywhere since sat maths is quite new to me haven't studied maths in 2 years now, accidentally stumbled on your channel. I am sooo glad I did, this is just chefs kiss, you're too good to be real oh god. I hope this channel grows out.

Small hint for Tip #15 at 1:02:43. We can talk about the minimum of the quadratic only when a > 0. If a < 0, quadratic has no minimum (it's infinity), it only has a maximum value. So rule of thumb: a > 0 means vertex is a minimum, a < 0 means vertex is a maximum. We should always check what a we have. In this case as full x-intercept form is f(x) = a(x-x1)(x-x2), we can see that a equals 1, so parabola opens up, meaning that its vertex is indeed its minimum. This might be helpful in other questions like this.

I would like to point out that in Tip #14, table approach does not really help to distinguish between C and D answers, because if you would have done C first, you would have noticed, that 1-inch increase in H also causes some increase in L. So unlike Tip #6, where they ask about specific values, here with more general question quantitive solution (which is a table one) does not help much. The solution should be more general, like the one you wrote before the table, and after the table, where we understand that 1.88 is a slope, which means that it shows the rate of change in H with each 1-inch increase of L. This way you can also quickly filter out all the answers that don't start with "The approximate increase in a man's height", without the need to read them to the end. Btw, Tip #6 is exactly the same type of problem, if you look closely, except this one asks more general questions, and previous one asks more concrete questions. So I guess they both should be put into "Interpreting Linear Functions" category. And Tip #6 also can be solved much faster using the "slope" solution rather than "table" solution, because the answer is right in front of your eyes: 5/9 is a slope, so each 1-degree increase in F should cause 5/9 degree change in C. And to answer the question II, you just need to multiply both sides by 9/5, then 9/5 would be the slope for the F(C) function meaning that 1-degree increase in C would cause 9/5 increase in F. And 9/5 is 18/10 (or 1.8), so the answer would be yes as well.
for tip #38, if the whole thing is 2pi or 8pi/4 and the sector is 5pi/4 cand you say that the area of the sector is 5/8 of the circle because its 5pi out of 8pi?

44:29 I have a very simple question that’s really obvious but I can’t understand it. I know now why we didn’t solve for X, but why did you double by 2 instead? Can someone explain? I’m terrible with simple problems like these but great at the more complex ones.
test is in a couple hours but maybe u see this, basically question asks u to solve for 8x and he had what 4x equaled so he doubled it on both sides (as you have to do everything to both sides to keep the equation equal or it becomes a different equation) so that he could get 8x. yes he could have divided by 4 and solved for x and then plug it into 8x but he decided to use this shortcut

In Tip #29 at 1:32:03, there is a much faster solution. If we take a look at the answers, we can see, that all reminders are different. This means that in order to find right answer all we need to do is to find the reminder. And this is super easy to do using the Reminder Theorem. All we need to do is to plug in at the top whatever value of x makes bottom zero. In this case it is 3. Whatever value we get as a result is going to be our reminder. So we just do 3^2 - 2*3 - 5 = -2 , and we know that reminder is -2/(x-3).
