I can remember when I was in my teens I drilled in two fields of Barley and the rows were all over the place. when it started to come up it looked terrible. One row was over another, skip points and short headlands. I wish I could say that I had a GPS fault or an autosteer error but it wasn't. It had something to do with it being a hot day and I had two large bottles of Cider in my rucksack. Boy did I get a slap for that one. Thanks for posting Tom and thanks for helping Colin out....
The various contractors & technicians like coming to our farm too, because (according to one of them), "Your place is better equipped than our workshop!" Also: there's no mobile reception here, so it's a good opportunity to get some peace and quiet to catch up on their paperwork.
At least the satellite wasn't trying to drive you to the pub. You are lucky to have Adam working on your tractor, seems like a smart technician. Good for you, teaching Emily to clean the tractor after she gets it all muddy. Good luck with the concreting this week.
Great video Tom. Your humor 😂😂. Mr GCS Machinery Michael has his birthday next month. Buy him a present. Me and my brother are. Michael and Michelle have done us good deeds in the past😊
12:21 great content again tornado has just only come back into service after a major overhaul and it’s first proper outing is the nene valley at Peterborough it has been running on the grand central railway mainly testing
Just as a side issue I have now started with the MHR aka The Water Cress Line. I am kind of chuffed at the moment so to see Tornado was indeed a real treat. Thanks Tom....
Great video Tom, sorry but I can't resist "If Carlsberg did drilling" 🤣. What brilliant service and customer support you get from Adam and David, including a free lunch as well. 😉. The Tornado has a bigger hitch than you are used to Tom. 👍.
Proper job that adblu tank! 👍 Glad the site foreman showed up while you were breaking up that concrete, was a bit concerned there, things might go sideways!
Bet Adam loved you, leaning over his shoulder and asking questions, unfortunately I'm just the same, if I don't know, I have to ask, if it's something I've not seen/experienced I'm so nosy lol Not stupid questions, if you don't know, you don't know, if you don't ask you don't learn Great video again Tom Thank you Geoff
I never had any auto steering when I done drilling., It was nice to see you both on waffles RU-vid. I just watched this interesting video and then started to watch Mr Hewes Rolls Royce video and he has one of your nice hoodies. 😊
Be careful of those hydraulic drill fans when running if making a noise , one exploded he lost an eye and needed stiches , repair to upper arm area . Safety glasses needed to be worn more often.
I'm sorry to say this Tom but it's a bit hard not to drive tractors through water well in Britain that is cos it rains a lot and things Fuller fill up with water like in the valleys and such might be on mistaken I haven't got a clue I mean I'm not farmer I'm just going by what I see stupid place to put it really in it without protection that is😂
Blimey Tom. We used to play all sorts of pranks on each other where I worked, but the one thing you never ever did, was mess with another person's food. It could turn ugly if you did that.
Adams going to leave a few nuts loose if you're not careful lol. You'll be in the field doing farming things and your wheels are going to go on holiday.
Shoutout to Adam and David (not the cat). By the way, I like the blue theme with the new tank and the tank on that tractor. All you need is a nice blue tractor now too. :D
