If humanity never questioned a thing we’d still be stuck without fire, or the wheel, or things that we genuinely take for granted today. Now before all my Christian brothers or brothers from whatever religion you may hail from decides to hop down my throat let me say this. I’m not saying you’re beliefs are wrong, I’m not saying that you’re blind, I’m not saying anything of the like. BUT what I am saying is that knowledge always evolves from curiosity. Don’t be afraid to question. God, or your god (again this goes for all religions) surely won’t condemn you for the basic human desire to know things. ONE MORE TIME, believe your beliefs, hold you’re ideals close, that’s your choice but please keep an open mind to the world around you and don’t suppress the urge to know something even if it goes against your ideals.
I ain't reading allat Edit: I read all of it, and you are somewhat right. How I see it is everything is carefully made by god. Like how we humans have veins, nerves etc as long as the distance between the earth and the sun going and back and yet they do not get tangled up. Even when we move. If that isn't enough to prove that God actually exists then you need to really questions everything around you. Similar to how we are talking on a phone which was carefully created, by a human who was also carefully created to make such decisions and have the thinking ability of what goes where and how did it come to existence. I find religion a really interesting thing, when you think of it in a certain way.
@@Owl69699 fair enough. Summary, don’t be afraid to question things. Curiosity is a staple of humanity. Your religion surely won’t condemn you for asking questions, and if they do..rethink you’re beliefs.
I’m a Muslim , yea we don’t get condemned to be curious and question , we are actually encouraged to question and seek Knowledge, in fact seeking knowledge is kinda mandatory, you’ll see many Islamic scholars not only study the Islamic religion but many spend countless hours studying the bible and Torah as well. Basically I don’t need to be a self renowned satanist to do all these things , it’s literally just human nature to do so but to associate yourself with Satan has some sort of metaphor for anti religion does nothing but make it seem that you’re trying to antagonise those who are associated with such religions where satan is seen has the embodiment of evil.

Most satanists are not even devil worshippers. Most are atheist. Satan must be appreciated for keeping the holy gates clean, Satan must be appreciated for the duty that [variable gender based on beliefs] has taken on. Demons may be beautiful too.
The way I was raised to be Christian was knowing that the Bible may be divinely inspired, it was still written by man, and we must follow the word of God. The word of God may mean many different things to everyone else. To read the entirety of the holy book and say "I must follow this to a T" or to say that because something in it is horrible, there for the religion is horrible would be foolish. That goes both ways though meaning not everyone should have religion forced onto them.
Well, it's not even written by one man but rather many men, as well. Then the books were locked behind the ability to read latin, as many people could not read. And finally translated to other languages, so honestly, it may be best not to follow it to a T as you said.
Fr. There's no way I'll believe the god I want to follow supports the harm of another person. Leaving my religious bubble just lead to me practicing it in a more accepting and kind way
Legit as a religious person this is the best advice. If you can't answer why you believe you need to read and challenge your faith otherwise how can you say you believe. That doesn't mean you should or need to have all the answers but you should at least be able to discuss why for you the answer to that question isn't as important or realize why it's important and you need to search for it
Agree. Basically no one ever mentions that god said that slavery is okey and gave rules for it in christianity, judaism and islam (king of kings speech and 40+ quran and hadith verses). Or that islam demands the extortion and expulsion/murder of non-believers and gays, and that it explicitly encourages the enslavement of blacks and the extermination of jews. Or all the forced marriage and rape stuff. Or the retarded ways of thinking about the world which were stupid even in their own times these were written (like the single continent flat earth or the split moon).
@@potatoman7037cause he is smart and honest, you may not like his religious beliefs, but he makes a great point. Educating yourself about other religions is clue to actually follow any faith. Yeah, for example did you know god created the Sun on the 4th day? You know, 3 days after daylight, and one day after plants. And he did this 4000 years after humans built the Stonehenge, which was used to measure the annual cycle of the Sun, and stars which were made exactly for measuring time (and which btw were made a day before the Sun, because the Sun is apparently not a star). Also the sky is a dome resting on the sea, and the whole world is made up of a single landmass. Snow, ice and tornadoes do not exist, those are just the tricks of Satan. Dinosaur bones too were just a practical prank played by bored british people globally. Also magic is real.

There’s a belief I have from reading the story of how the son of the Morningstar, the actual name of Lucifer who in later years was turned into “the devil” by the Catholic Church, is that the Morningstar’s fall from grace was caused by his love of humans. He became “corrupted by sin” as he began to feel human emotions and began loving humans for how fallible they are. To me that says his fall from grace was because he cared for humans. Only more backed as any story of an angels arrival is stated with them pretty much saying “please stop screaming.” to the mere sight of them. Yet the Morningstar is taken in and loved by humans thus it shows he’s meant to walk with humanity even if he’s a divine being but angels aren’t. Seraphim are meant for the land of the dead. That’s how I see it at least. Anyone who is offended by this I want to hear why I’m wrong or what I could be wrong about. Teach me why you think I’m wrong but not just because you’re offended. Doesn’t mean I’m wrong it means I made you question yourself and you didn’t like it
@Super Vegito I do not think that you are wrong the one thing i want to put more . I do not remember where i read it but jesus say he was also the morning stars i just gonna check and come bad.
16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”. Revelation 22 16.
Incorrect he fell do to his hatred of humans and Lucifer sinned against God and dare to say “Non serviam!” (“I will not serve!”)? Because of pride (Isaiah 14:12-14, Ezekiel 28:17, Proverbs 16:18) and envy (Wisdom 2:24 - But through the devil's envy death entered the world, and those who belong to his party experience it). Lucifer was prideful of his high status, power, wisdom, and beauty, but what he had was not enough for he wanted to be adored and worship like God. Therefore, he did not want to be second to God in honor and so he chose to not serve his Master. Somehow, this rebellious idea of not serving God then appealed to the other angels who sided with Satan.
