Just to point out, Ukraine has access to high quality satellite data as does most anyone for a price. Some bloggers have even acquired this data. Of course the quality level varies by price. Also, some data is limited by governments, but most of these limits can be lifted to select entities. The U.S. having the biggest say being as most of the satellites operate under its purview could allow Ukraine access to military grade data.
