The cleaning process for each and every rug you undertake is excellent without a doubt. However, the black coal powder applied to each rug looks fake and could potentially damage the rug fibers. I noticed traces of the black powder still on the rug at the end of the washing process, which is not good for the rug. It would be better to apply natural brown dirt, which can be completely wiped away by a proper cleaning process. Love from South India.

I love your cleaning process just not the fake black powder you use to dirty up the rug. Can you please mix it up and wash an actual dirty rug from someone's house.

making people watch you clean the floor is boring. I came to see a rug or carpet cleaned not your floor. I'm not saying you have to do it this way but it might help.
