Generally the roasted duck or chicken everywhere is almost the same. It is the marinating that differentiate them. Roasted ducks have the salty (my preferred one) and the sweet variety. It’s up to you. It is also how cleanly they are chopped. As for the hainanese chicken, it depends on the chicken you use and the type of feeds given to them. As I said it is the marinating and of cause the accompanying condiments as well. There is one place where you can eat delicious peking duck - puchong moon palace restaurant. The salty gravy is gorgeous.

The Char Siew and Siew Yoke do look very nice. If I go there, it's would be for them. Roast duck is more expensive than the 2 most popular ones in PJ Paramount . And this guy is only using frozen duck. Hope it's better than PJ ones.
