Maybe if you TRY really,really hard you can find something a little LESS importent to bitch about! Some people aren't happy unless they can complain about SOMETHING. OR, I have an idea,DON'T WATCH !
As soon as I hear the music, I know that it's not a Hien lecture. Anything less is disappointing. The tone, the sales pitch, speaking of herself in the third person, the extremely respectful staff. Music is always huge letdown. I doubt it's Hien, likely an employee.
