If you're mad about the photoshopped thumbnails, it's their editing company, not the spa. All the spas in Vietnam seem to use the same company because they all started suddenly posting badly shopped thumbnails
Seriously? Are the spas under some communist rule that they can't tell the video editing company, if they actually go through the same company which I doubt, to NOT make click bait thumbs, because, I don't know, it pisses viewers off? Gtfo It's MUCH more believable that they edit their owm vids (not remotely hard), put click bait thumbs for the simplest reason: to get clicks and views. Occam's razor.
I can think of millions more things to get my pants in a wad over than edited thumbnails. It’s funnier than hell to me that people get so pissed about such silly things. It’s so simple. Just don’t watch. Find one that suits you better.

Hell yeah I get pissed, I just wasted 13-20 minutes of my life on a lie. To say "just don't watch" makes no sense, the whole reason we click on the vid is because of the click bait. Duh.

I agree with you completely, I don't know why I guess I'm a weirdo but I started watching these a few years back when Dr. Pimple Popper came out ( and yes I know that's not her name ) but it seems like every Tom , Dick and Harry can do this and not know what the Hell they're doing.....and I watch them to relax , not scream at my phone ( told you, weirdo ) .
Are you purposely not emptying out pores so that it comes back and client has to pay more often because you aren't being thorough. I’d rather see one good extraction then a bunch of sloppy ones that are unfinished.
