@@SelinaCatThe dead skin just clogs more pores and creates new acne. It traps the pore, oil, and bacteria. This client would absolutely benefit from a wash with glycolic acid in it.

Only complaint I have, why not exfoliate the skin first to remove dead skin cells them squeeze!? Makes more sense to get rid of the scaly skin! Then the blackheads are easier to see!

I appreciated that you used your hands alone to accomplish most of the routine extractions. Without the open wounds caused by unnecessary use of the blade your client's face will be less vulnerable to infection and will be restored much faster. Nice work.
I understand that the knife needs to be used to open the closed acnes but every open acnes? I really feel sorry as the client seems to have no say. They are at the mercy of the knife.
You can tell from the dryness of the skin that the customer has used some kind of topical cream or wash. I think that's why she used her hands more as the skin becomes very thin and introducing a hole to squeeze out the pores would be detrimental with thin skin. Thuay is very conscientious and careful with each client and their different needs.
If they would apply a hot compress for about 10 to 15 minutes before mashing they will come out alot easier. And it’s good to do it afterwards as well to help with any swelling
Two techniques here. One, using just the thumbs and nails to squeeze out ,and my less favourable using the pointed knife to jab, and my least favourable flick of the knife at the end . The one using the thumbs seem the kindest amd least damaging to the skin. I wish they would use more of this and less of the knife. AND to press out ALL the way rather than skip quickly to the next one.
