Why do they clearly skip so many

I hate when they wipe the stuff on their glove. I've seen videos where it falls off on to the person's face. One landed on the corner of her mouth and another it landed on their eye. Put a paper towel on the persons shoulder so that doesn't happen. Don't get me wrong, I love the "gunk" that they squeeze out, just not when it's on the glove.
