That is always ideal. But this business - Customer budget or job time scales do not always stretch to that.

@darrenboston342 everyone has a budget consideration in mind :) No matter what car they have. Besides, it was a courtesy wash for free as we were re installing front bumper PPF after a respray. For us a "basic" wash is £55 for example - to remove wheels and "fully clean" them adds another hour and another £50-£60... not worth it to many :)

@darrenboston342 you never know people's financial position or their justification so I don't think it's fair to assume Some people have nice cars through wise investment but with cost of living , everyone has to make cut backs in some places :) These cars were low 30K a few years ago and now have gone right up in price - Customer happy, which is the most important thing 😎

I used an All Purpose cleaner for tyre and arches ☺️
